ABOUT
Gay Paradise Suites was founded in 2022 by Ken Wenz in St. Petersburg, Florida. Previously from the midwest, Ken owned and operated an in-demand vacation rental, known then as Ole Bistro Inn, which he bought in a dilapidated condition and turned into a gorgeous five-star vacation getaway a block from Geneva Lake in downtown Lake Geneva, WI. After selling and moving to St. Petersburg, Ken did the same thing with this building, but had the gay community in mind when renovating, hence the name Gay Paradise Suites. This little slice of paradise is located in a part of St. Petersburg that has recently been the focus of major revitalization and rebirth, known as Central Oak Park. Located within minutes of popular gay bars in the area, Gay Paradise Suites is positioned in an area both close to the bustling nightlife and the downtown scene, and the relaxing beachside vibes of St. Pete Beach.

When you don't want to leave, these are the many things that you can be enjoying:
The Boi Pond: relax, float, tan! Comfy lounge chairs
make relaxing in the sun a breeze. Cool off in the
clothing optional boi pond (unique filtered & chlorinated
shallow pool - open when temps are above 69) that is
surrounded by lush green landscaping, while floating
under suspended misters with cocktail in hand.\
Hot Tub: warm your muscles and get an invigorating
massage at the same time, underneath the umbrella
of trees in the backyard paradise of this gay resort.
Social Space: nestled in the corner of the backyard paradise
at the guest house is a cabana area with couches, chairs, and
a variety of outdoor games, such as Giant Jenga® and Giant
Connect Four®.
Picnic Area: have a community lunch at the large table
under the burgundy umbrella and meet the other guests that
are staying at the air b&b. BBQ up a storm on the gas grill -
cooking utensils provided.
Fire pit: beautiful wood-burning fire pit, located next to
the Boi Pond, for all of those chilly and not-so-chilly
nights. Wood included on the premises.
Zen Rain Shower: an outdoor cooling rain shower surrounded
by lush greenery and massaging pebble stones underfoot with
maybe a peeking eye or two.
Wi-Fi Haven: high-speed wi-fi throughout entire premises. Included with your stay.
Parking: one space per suite is available in the rear of the property, off of 41st St and 1st Ave S.
Security: Cameras are around the perimeter of the property. There are no cameras in the
clothing optional backyard. There also are small safes in each suite.
The SunRunner: new as of Summer 2022. St. Petersburg's new
beach-to-downtown trolley system. Ride cost is $2.25 per ride.
Closest stop right outside on 1st Ave S. Look for the
SunRunner sign.

RENTAL AGREEMENT & POLICIES
Check-in: 4:00 PM.
Check-out: 11:00 AM.
"Quiet Hours:" 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please keep it quiet between these hours and adhere to all city noise ordinances. Please be respectful to other guests and surrounding neighbors.
Pet policy: small, quiet dogs only. Please pick up all dog feces promptly and sanitarily in the poo-poo bags provided. Dogs are to be monitored at all times to respect the other guests staying at the property. Any property damage done by dogs will incur an appropriate fee.
Reservations: 25% down to book the suite with full balance due 30 days prior to check-in. A $50 refundable deposit will also be due with final payment. The deposit will be returned within 48 hours of check-out as long as there is nothing damaged or missing. All payments can be made through Venmo, Zelle, cash or charge(3.5% surcharge added). Cancelations within 30 days of check-in are non-refundable regardless of the reason given for cancelation, unless the suite can be re-rented before your original check-in date. No refunds will be given for checking out before departure date.
Damages: any damages found upon arrival need to be reported on the day you arrive, so that you are not unnecessarily charged for them. You will be responsible for any damages or theft that incur while staying on property. Gay Paradise Suites reserves the right to charge the guest for the cost of repairs, replacement, services or extra cleaning for all damage, breakage and/or loss during your stay.
Smoking: inside the suites are non-smoking! Smoking is allowed around the fire pit. Please discard any butts in any outdoor ashtray. If found in violation of above rule, Gay Paradise Suites reserves the right to vacate you from the premises without refund. You will also be charged with a deep-clean fee to cover the costs of removing smoking smell and residue.
Liability: Gay Paradise Suites, nor Ken Wenz, assume any liability for your stay or the activities, you as individuals, partake in. Guests acknowledge that Gay Paradise Suites, nor Ken Wenz, is responsible for any loss of personal property, including currency, jewelry, electronics or other personal items. Guests assume the risk of personal injury and/or medical expenses relating to the use of this rental property and/or recreational activities on the premises and will hold Gay Paradise Suites, and Ken Wenz, harmless with respect thereto.
Final agreement: renting a suite is an acknowledgement of fully understanding all of the above polices and potential fees and/or liabilities. A copy of your ID and all people staying in your suite must be texted to Ken Wenz at the time of reservation.
