I highly recommend Gay Paradise Suites. The suites are all beautifully appointed, all with their own unique themes. They are perfect for a one night stay or can even be comfortable with all of the necessities you would need to stay for months on end. The outdoor space is also gorgeous with so much to offer while you stay there, or just to visit during the day to hang out in the splash pool, massive hot tub or sunbathe in the sandy beach area.

What an amazing place to stay while visiting St Petersburg. it was a last minute find and I am so glad I came across it. My Suite was spacious, clean and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. the Yard is Beyond incredible, pics do not do it justice. Must be seen in person. You can lounge by or in the lagoon/wading pool. Sit on the man made beach, hang by the fire pit, or relax in the hot tub. every inch of the yard is amazing. there is also a grill to use if you choose to BBQ. Ken is a great host. He is friendly, personable, very accessible and easy to communicate with. He truly cares about his guests and wants their stay to be memorable. It was nice meeting other guests and day passers who come to hang and relax. I very much enjoyed my stay here and highly recommend it.

I've only recently begun healing from a lengthy period of depression and isolation and was reluctant to accept a friend's invite to join him for a day at Gay Paradise Suites. But the welcoming and congenial atmosphere Ken has made possible there gave me space to be a part OF instead of feeling a part FROM. Sincerest gratitude and thanks to Ken and all the other "regulars"

Our stay was wonderful. Highly recommend way better than a big impersonal hotel. The hot tub and fire out back were perfect on the chilly cooler night.

Stayed for News Years Eve and all suites were booked. Great group of guys this past weekend. Hot tub, fire pit and lagoon are so nice and peaceful. Easy commute to the gay bars. We had a blast and it was fun meeting some of the day pass guests as well. Ken was an amazing host! Would recommend to any Gay.

Gay Paradise Suites St. Pete is an amazing new accommodation for the gay community in St. Pete! Our experience was a little unique in that we stayed for 3 months while looking for a house after relocating across the country. Ken was an incredible host and keeps both the property (amazing lagoon & hot tub) and suites in pristine condition. The community is fabulous and met some wonderful people during our time there. Even though we've since moved out, we'll definitely be going back to visit!

If you're visiting St. Pete, GPS is a must-stay! My partner and I were in town for the weekend, and loved every second. While we did not get to take advantage of the boi pond (the cold weather didn't want to cooperate), having a hot tub on site more than made up for it. The room was clean & comfortable, and I loved the rainfall shower in the Marilyn suite.The location is perfect, right down the street from great food and the gay bars, and the property was gorgeous. Better than any hotel or AirBnb I've stayed in by far - we will absolutely be back!

These suites and the property itself are wonderful. It is pretty close to everything and Ken is very responsive and accommodating. The property is well kept. Theo and Ken were welcoming and gave us an overview of the city and where to visit as it was our first visit to St. Petes. You will love them both. Keep up the great work Ken and I can't wait to visit again.

I loved the Leather Fantasy Suite and the location of the property! The unit was very clean, spacious and was equipped with the essentials, just like the description said. The Wi-Fi was very fast and reliable, as I was partly there for work. Ken and all of the other residents and guests were very kind, and friendly. The Sun Runner, being at the end of the block, made it so easy to explore "The Burg" and St Pete Beach and not have to worry about parking, knowing my car was safe at the property. The back yard is so nicely decorated and kept up, just like in the pictures. It is a very nice environment to relax and Hang Out! And at night, the lights and tiki torches provide great ambiance.

Ken offered great hospitality and a well-equipped suite with complete kitchen. Also able to grill outside and enjoy the oasis private fenced backyard with wading pool, sun patio, hot tub...great experience!

Had a really wonderful stay here for a full week. The place is immaculate, and everyone (including the owner, Ken) was relaxed and friendly— and how could you not be?
The location is great as well, with the new SunRunner right on the block, bringing you in minutes to great shops, restaurants, bars, etc. While we did rent a car, most days we didn’t use it!

This was our first time to St Pete! We are so glad that we found Gay Paradise Suites! Ken is a great host! My husband and I stayed in the Marilyn Monroe Suite, while our friends enjoyed The Leather Fantasy Suite! The entire property very clean and has everything you need!The property is in a great location to access all that St Pete has to offer: nightlife, restaurants and beautiful beaches! We will definitely be back!

Stayed here for the first time this weekend and absolutely loved it! My friend and I had the Leather Fantasy and Marilyn Monroe Suites…perfect for friends traveling together that want their own space as well. The owner, Ken, was super helpful and communicative. The rooms were super clean and spacious and had everything we needed. The location was perfect to everything St Pete has to offer. The weather didn’t allow us to enjoy the outdoor amenities as much as we would have liked…overcast and chilly most of the weekend…but that just gives us an excuse to come back soon! Def would recommend and stay here again!

I had a great stay in the Leather Fantasy Suite at Gay Paradise Suites! Ken was an excellent host: very friendly, attentive, and responsive… and the suite itself was BIG – it basically felt like I had my own 1-bedroom apartment to myself. Large living room, large bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, and 2 closets. It was quiet, clean, and less than one block away from the free Sunrunner rapid transit bus, which I took to go downtown and also to the beach. Easy. And I definitely enjoyed catching some warm rays of sunshine while floating around in the “Boi Pond!” Nice setup for the outdoor space. Overall…a very relaxing stay – would definitely recommend!

I highly recommend Gay Paradise St Pete it is a clothing optional gay resort. If you don’t like tan lines this is your place to visit.
Today was my first time going. The landscaping is so beautiful. I love the layout. There is so many things you can do there. Plenty of room to layout in the sun or shaded areas. The wading pond felt so nice perfect temperature. The big hot tub feels so amazing. There is even a rain head shower area nestled in the trees to rinse off under. If you are ever in St Pete this place is a must see to believe.
It was a pleasure meeting Ken. He was so kind and welcoming which made my experience there even better. I can’t wait to go back.

Local management was amazing. The place was in pristine condition & of lots of activities throughout the week in the evenings with other guest. The owner was able to give reliable guidance towards places to eat and safe transportation. Lots of local charm and I felt right at home with the accommodations of scenery. I will definitely be back for a vacation here.

I stayed for a couple months in the Merman Suite at the Gay Paradise Suites this winter. Ken and Theo are wonderful hosts. The setting is clean and beautiful. I had a very relaxing time. I’ve recommended the place to friends and liked it so much I reserved a room for next winter.

I had the pleasure of staying here the weekend of May 5th and had a wonderful stay! Because my friend got there a night before, I was able to see the Merman Suite and the Leather Suite. Both were very comfortable, tastefully decorated and had great amenities (65" TV, towels, ice, full kitchens, utensils, great bedding...the bed in the Leather Suite is one of the most comfortable I've ever slept on). The grounds are immaculately kept; the "boi pond" is so cute. It's not a traditional pool, but it was really nice to just sit in and talk with my friend and have a cocktail. The hot tub was hot, clean and spacious. Ken was a fantastic host, offered great suggestions on where to eat and bars to go to, and he makes a great margarita. His dog Theo is a doll. It's located in a safe neighborhood, a short drive to Central Ave, and there's a SunRunner stop right in front! This was our first trip to St. Pete and we'll be back here for sure!

Excellent host! We were there for Pride weekend and had a great time. Resort is as advertised, even better. Ken and Theo( dog ) greeted us with a welcome cocktail. Quiet neighborhood and the big bonus was the SunRunner transit system within steps of front door.

Spectacular and lush tropical foliage greeted us when we walked onto the private campus, so impressed with the level of design. What a wondeful suite the Merman Suite is, it was impeccably appointed. We have stayed at a lot of resorts and this one would get 6 stars if we could. The property is gorgeous. And it really helps to have such a gracious host like Ken. We will definitely be back !

During my waxing and facials services at Florida Boy Skincare I mention to my clients that these suites are a hidden gem in St. Pete, I recommend them to stop by for a day pass. Gay paradise suites is a slice of heaven in st Pete’s backyard. Ken is one of the most gracious hosts I’ve ever met. The grounds are maintained to a top tier level. Friday nights are very relaxing to enjoy the hottub with some amazing people from all around. If you think about coming to stay or even a day/night pass please do you will not regret it.

The Marilyn Monroe Suite was fun and whimsical, perfectly appointed. Plenty of space with kitchenette and private bath. The gardens are extensive, inviting and beautiful. Take advantage of the outdoor shower, hot tub and boi pond. Fun for all. Gracious host and always available via text. We plan on staying here again next spring.

Bro, let me tell you about my epic stay at Gay Paradise Suites in St. Pete! I snagged the Marilyn Monroe suite, and it was seriously killer. Picture this: a spacious studio, super cozy vibes, and all-around chill. Ken, the host, was top-notch—always checking in and making sure I was living my best life. And let's talk about those hot tub happy hours—total game-changer. Plus, the clothing-optional vibe? So liberating. But the backyard? That's where the magic happens. I was able to my Yoga, meditation, and Reiki practice outside and it was so peaceful. Literally have beautiful butterflies and birds flying all around you. Plus Ken’s cute little Yorkie is so ********ing adorable. Bttm line? It was freaking awesome! Regretting not booking my entire trip there.
