Payment is due on or before arrival with venmo or cash.
ID must be texted before admittance. 

By texting your ID, you are agreeing to all rules and regulations.
*No glass allowed.
*No pets other than those of the guests that are staying           on premise.
*Sexual activity is not allowed outside of suites.
*Please do not move the lounge chairs around the lagoon.
*Please make sure to throw your garbage when you leave.
*Treat everyone the way you would want to be treated.
*Be respectful and considerate of the neighbors.
*No loud or vulgar behavior.
*No liquor consumption by anyone under 21.
*Please bring a towel.
*Packaged snacks, soda and ice cream available for purchase with cash or venmo. BYOB and food if you wish.
*Smoking allowed around fire pit.
*Most importantly-Enjoy your time in paradise!

Security cameras are on the perimeter of the building only.
     There are no cameras in the backyard area!

 

Liability: Gay Paradise Suites, nor Ken Wenz, assume any liability for your stay or the activities, you as individuals, partake in. Guests acknowledge that Gay Paradise Suites, nor Ken Wenz, is responsible for any loss of personal property, including currency, jewelry, electronics or other personal items. Guests assume the risk of personal injury and/or medical expenses relating to the use of this property and/or recreational activities on the premises and will hold Gay Paradise Suites, and Ken Wenz, harmless with respect thereto.
